Ceremony Tea Bowls, Cafe`Ole, Milk Tea or what ever fills your cup! Starting with my clay mixture of the finest Kyoto porcelain & pure white Shigaraki stoneware, each tea bowl is hand thrown then a palm or thumb indentation is given to most and at just the right hardness they are carefully carved down to a thinness that gives a good feeling of balance when in your hands. I also, pay special attention to the lip of the bowl and how it feels to your lips as you drink from it. High fired to 1330c with a titanium glaze and then back in the kiln for a third and final firing Gold and/or Platinum.
